Kataleap works with companies in Saudi Arabia across two practices: the consulting, licensing and financial work that makes a business operable and defensible, and the technology and data work that makes it scale.

Why both

Because the split between them is an artefact of how firms are organised, not of how problems arrive. A reporting failure is a chart-of-accounts decision and an ERP configuration. A stalled expansion is a licence class and a system that cannot handle a second entity. Buying those from two firms means paying for the handover between them, twice.

How we are different to work with

We take on fewer engagements than we could. Delivery goes wrong through inattention far more often than through inability, and attention does not scale by hiring quickly.

We will also tell you when a project should not go ahead, when a cheaper product already solves your problem, or when the honest answer is that another firm is better suited. That costs us work occasionally. It has never cost us a client relationship.

Ownership

You own the code, the infrastructure, the documentation and the reasoning behind every decision. Our engagements are designed so that leaving is straightforward — which is the only credible way to say the work stands on its own.
