We start with a process audit, not a model. A significant share of what gets pitched as an AI problem is a workflow problem wearing a costume, and it is cheaper and more reliable to fix it as one.
Where it genuinely pays
Document extraction and classification — invoices, contracts, delivery notes, application forms. Customer support triage and first-line response, including Arabic. Demand and inventory forecasting where you already have clean history. Internal search across documentation nobody can find.
Where we will tell you not to
Anything where a wrong answer is expensive and nobody is reviewing the output. Anything that needs data you do not yet collect reliably. Anything where the honest fix is a better form, a clearer process, or a database index.
How it is delivered
A short discovery to find the two or three processes worth automating, a working pilot on real data, then production with monitoring and a human review path for the cases the system should not decide alone.
Governance
Where an automated decision affects a customer or an employee, we build the audit trail and the review path with it. Retrofitting that after a regulator asks is considerably more expensive than designing for it.
Common questions
How do you price engagements?
Fixed price for well-defined scopes, and time-and-materials for discovery or open-ended work. We will tell you which one an engagement should be, and we will not quote a fixed price for something nobody understands yet — that pricing model only works by padding the number or cutting quality later.
Who owns the code?
You do, on delivery. Source code, infrastructure accounts and documentation. There is no licensing arrangement that keeps you tied to us.
Do you work in Arabic?
Yes. We deliver documentation, training, reporting and interfaces in Arabic and English, and we treat Arabic as a first-class design problem rather than a translation task applied at the end.
