Practice area
Technology & Data Transformation
Systems fail in adoption far more often than in engineering. We configure and build against the process your team actually follows, tell you plainly which of your processes should change instead of being customised around, and hand over code, infrastructure and documentation you own outright.
Services in this practice
Odoo & ERP Systems
Odoo implementations that finish — configured for Saudi compliance, and actually adopted by the people who have to use them.
Specialised Technology Solutions
Custom systems for the operations no off-the-shelf product covers — across logistics, healthcare, retail, construction and the public sector.
AI Transformation & Automation
Automate the repetitive work that quietly consumes your team's week — and a straight answer on where AI does not help.
Most stalled technology projects we are asked to rescue did not fail technically. They failed because the configuration reflected an idealised process nobody follows, and staff quietly went back to spreadsheets while the system stayed green.
What this practice does
Odoo and ERP implementation, specialised systems built where no product fits, AI and automation applied where it genuinely pays, and the data platform work that makes reporting arrive on its own.
The advantage of the consulting side
We map the process before we configure anything, and we have the standing to say that a process should change rather than be encoded. Every customisation is a maintenance cost carried at every future upgrade, so each one has to justify itself.
Ownership
Source code, infrastructure accounts, documentation and handover sessions. If you later take the work in-house or move to another partner, nothing about that should be difficult. A firm that makes leaving hard is telling you something about the quality of the work.
Common questions
How do you price engagements?
Fixed price for well-defined scopes, and time-and-materials for discovery or open-ended work. We will tell you which one an engagement should be, and we will not quote a fixed price for something nobody understands yet — that pricing model only works by padding the number or cutting quality later.
Who owns the code?
You do, on delivery. Source code, infrastructure accounts and documentation. There is no licensing arrangement that keeps you tied to us.
Can you work with our existing development team?
Yes, and often that is the better arrangement. We work alongside internal teams, review architecture, take a workstream, or fill a specific capability gap.
