Business Consulting & Enablement
Getting a business running in Saudi Arabia is a sequence of decisions that are cheap to make correctly and expensive to unpick: the entity structure, the licence class, the capital position, the reporting you will be held to. We handle that sequence end to end.
Services in this practice
Business Consulting & Strategy
Operating models and growth decisions your team can actually execute, not a deck.
Licensing & Company Formation
Entity setup and licensing handled end to end — structured for what you will need in three years, not just to get approved this month.
Financial Consulting
Financial structure, reporting and compliance built so the numbers hold up to a bank, a board or an auditor.
Business Analysis & Development
Turn an operational problem into a specified, costed decision — and then into a working process.
Most of the costly problems we are called in to fix were created in the first ninety days of a business. A licence class that does not permit the activity the company actually sells. A shareholding structure that blocks the investor two years later. A chart of accounts that cannot produce the report the bank asks for.
What this practice does
Strategy and operating-model work, company formation and licensing including foreign investment routes, financial consulting from the chart of accounts up to board reporting, and the business analysis that turns an operational problem into a decision somebody can act on.
How it connects to the technology side
It connects directly, and that is the point. A consulting recommendation that ends at a slide is a recommendation you still have to implement. Because the same firm builds the systems, the operating model we design is one we then have to make work in an ERP — which is a strong discipline against designing processes nobody can run.
Where we start
Usually with a single blocked decision: whether to set up, how to structure, why the numbers do not reconcile, what to do about a process that has outgrown the way it is run. We are direct about which of those need a project and which need a conversation.
Common questions
How do you price engagements?
Fixed price for well-defined scopes, and time-and-materials for discovery or open-ended work. We will tell you which one an engagement should be, and we will not quote a fixed price for something nobody understands yet — that pricing model only works by padding the number or cutting quality later.
Can you handle both the consulting and the technology side of a project?
Yes, and it is the arrangement we are built for. The operating model we design is one we then have to make work in a real system, which is a strong discipline against designing processes nobody can run. You can also buy either practice on its own — a good proportion of our consulting work is delivered for clients whose technology is handled elsewhere.
Do you work in Arabic?
Yes. We deliver documentation, training, reporting and interfaces in Arabic and English, and we treat Arabic as a first-class design problem rather than a translation task applied at the end.
