Every sector has an operation that no product covers properly, because the rule that makes it difficult is specific to that sector — a shift pattern, a chain-of-custody requirement, a settlement model, a regulator. That is where building is the right call, and almost nowhere else.
What we build
Operations and workflow systems, customer and partner portals, field and mobile applications, regulatory and reporting tooling, and the integration layer that connects systems which were never designed to talk to each other.
Sectors we work across
Logistics and supply chain, healthcare, retail and distribution, construction and real estate, professional services, and public-sector and semi-government entities. The engineering is largely common; the domain rules are not, which is why the analysis comes first.
How we work
We map the process, in the room, with the people who run it. That map usually changes the brief. From there you get a scope, an architecture and a plan with dates, built in two-week increments with working software at the end of each one.
What you own at the end
The repository, the infrastructure accounts, the documentation and the handover sessions. Leaving should be straightforward — it is the only credible way to say the work stands on its own.
Common questions
How do you price engagements?
Fixed price for well-defined scopes, and time-and-materials for discovery or open-ended work. We will tell you which one an engagement should be, and we will not quote a fixed price for something nobody understands yet — that pricing model only works by padding the number or cutting quality later.
Who owns the code?
You do, on delivery. Source code, infrastructure accounts and documentation. There is no licensing arrangement that keeps you tied to us.
Can you work with our existing development team?
Yes, and often that is the better arrangement. We work alongside internal teams, review architecture, take a workstream, or fill a specific capability gap.
